Industry experts said only a bonehead would create a restaurant that serves healthy grilled fish and chicken entrees with gourmet sides for under $10. If we had listened to the experts Boneheads Grilled Fish & Piri Piri Chicken would not exist today and people would not be lining up out the door craving mouthwatering meals with exotic flavors. So we say, " Boneheads follow their hearts and always ignore the ‘experts’."
